The “Puke & the Gang” podcast started in 2011 when four idiots decided that they could talk into microphones just as well as anyone else. Along the way they’ve had cohosts, friends, and lovers join or leave.
In 2019 they changed the name to Portmansheau (a fun play on the word portmanteau) and added Brett as a permanent cohost; because reasons.
But throughout the years Puke and Andrew (now also, Brett) keep blathering on every week against better judgment to inflict strangers to their irreverent, curmudgeony ways. We call it sophisticated toilet-humor. Rock on!
Andrew
Not much is known about Andrew’s past. He was found aboard a cargo ship bound for Sweden carrying a various selection of TV dinners and artwork of dogs playing poker. Despite having a full beard when he was found, it was believed that he was around the age of 11. Andrew had no memory of his past or how he came to be mixed with the ship’s cargo. Since then he has never been able to recreate the glory of the facial hair in coincidence with his mysterious past.
Puke
Born in a Tibetan monastery section of Wal-Mart, Puke learned at an early age that monkeys are hideous devil creatures. That has nothing to do with podcasting… or so you would think… and so the monkeys want you to think…
Brett
Some say he’s part of a secret German science experiment involving robots and time travel. In his spare time he develops complex machines involving grids and mice.
Nick
No longer a regular on the show, Nick is always in our hearts. He is invaluable as our tech guru helping to fix everything we screw up.
